Writing teaching and support programme
Identify a learner who you know has been informally and formally assessed. Ask your SENCO to show you the report from these assessments and the teaching and support plan, which was consequently written for the learner
Using this as an example, work collaboratively with an experienced colleague to write an appropriate teaching and support plan for another identified learner. This should be based upon the learner’s own assessment report, which included a range of informal and formal assessments.
