This session will provide you with an overview of access to work and how your preexisting skills can be adapted to support clients in the workplace with SpLDs.
The session will include an overview of Access to Work and the process an employee with SpLDs must go through. Providing examples of the client types and environments you may be working in. While providing guidance on adapting your existing skills to support people in the workplace.
