Identify and document the learners in your environment for whom concerns have raised from teachers, but for whom no formal assessment has occurred. Revisit the IEP/PEP for each pupil and in dialogue with colleagues, parents and pupil, actively agree to pursue assessment or rule out the need for assessment.
