Mindfulness - An Effective Tool to Improve Learning

Research has demonstrated that Mindfulness can be an effective and powerful tool for learners with learning differences to help them improve their concentration, reading and studying.
This half day course is a recording of a live event and will give delegates the opportunity to observe practical application of Mindfulness techniques and approaches.

The initial focus of the training is around learners at risk of mental health issues or who are facing mental health issues, which may arise from their learning difference or from other academic pressures.

Participants will be able to observe and participate in a range of mindfulness exercises and learn how to take this back to their classrooms/offices and adapt.
