Diagnostic Assessments for the Workplace

The vast majority of people with dyslexia will be in the workplace. This course enables diagnostic assessors to extend their practice into the workplace. On the course examine how to make recommendation to reports written for University students to transfer to the workplace. Learn how to advise employers on making reasonable adjustment to comply with good practice, which makes their companies more successful commercially. Understand both the legal requirements with regards to the Equality Act, and the way Access to Work functions.
